Welcome to betmg.biz. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the betmg platform and all its services. By registering, logging in, or using any service on betmg, you confirm that you have fully read and agreed to these Terms.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between betmg and the user. To open an account with betmg, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Single Account: Only one account is permitted per person, household, or device. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• Accurate Information: During registration, you must provide your correct name, date of birth, email address, and phone number.
• Password Security: Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility.
• Account Transfer Prohibited: Accounts may not be transferred to or sold to any third party.

After registration, betmg may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is completed.

• Bet Confirmation: Bets are only valid once placed and confirmed by betmg. betmg is not liable for any bets that fail to confirm due to technical issues.
• Odds Changes: The odds at the time a bet is placed are final. Any subsequent changes to the odds will not affect previously placed bets.
• Maximum Bet Limit: The maximum bet amount per event is set by betmg. Full details are available on the respective event page.
• Incorrect Odds: betmg reserves the right to void bets placed on odds that appeared due to an obvious error or technical fault.
• Match Cancellation: If an event is cancelled or left incomplete, the stake is generally refunded, though this may vary depending on the specific rules of the sport.
• Live Betting: Odds in live betting may change due to internet latency. betmg will not be liable for any losses resulting from such delays.

Betmg supports popular payment methods in Bangladesh, and all transactions are processed in a secure environment.

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly or within 30 minutes.
• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the user's own name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 12–24 business hours.
• Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals must generally be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.

Betmg offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A minimum wagering requirement of 10x applies before this bonus can be withdrawn.

• Cashback: Cashback is awarded on net losses within a specified period. The cashback amount may not be directly withdrawable.
• Referral Bonus: Both you and your referred friend will receive a bonus when you refer someone, provided the referred person makes the required minimum deposit.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.

Betmg follows the KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure financial security and prevent fraud, in line with international regulatory standards.

One of the following documents may be required for KYC verification:

• Passport
• Driving License

Betmg may request additional verification at any time if suspicious activity is detected. If money laundering or any other illegal activity is suspected, the relevant authorities will be notified and the account will be suspended immediately.

Betmg may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• False Information or Identity Fraud
• Operating Multiple Accounts
• Bonus Abuse or Manipulation
• Suspicious Betting Patterns or Arbitrage Betting
• Non-Cooperation with KYC Verification
• Hacking or Unauthorized Access Attempts to the System
• Offensive or Abusive Conduct

Before closing an account, betmg will notify the user by email and provide an opportunity to appeal depending on the circumstances. However, in cases of serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice.

Betmg believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We provide the following tools to help prevent problem gambling:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limits: Set a maximum bet amount per session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Completely close your account for a set period of time.
• Reality Check: Set notifications to remind you how long you've been playing.

3. Step Three: If needed, the matter will be escalated to a higher committee, with a final decision issued within 7 business days.

Betmg's decision is final and binding. Disputes raised more than 72 hours after a result has been announced may not be accepted.

Betmg reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified in advance by email.

• Updated terms take effect from the date they are published.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
